The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to amenities - shops, restaurants and the Ski bus stop. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were equipped with a water boiler, tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
Ear plugs were a must. The club nearby was an issue - DJs played loud music until the early hours of the morning, which made it impossible to sleep.

The location of this hotel is a real strong point. You can easily walk to nice coffee shops and shops from here. It’s also situated in the heart of the city center, which is very convenient. the staff are supportive and caring. the bedding sheets are clean and the rooms are comfortable. You can even store drinks/food on the balcony.
The noise level from nearby clubs can be a problem particularly on weekends, so be sure to bring earplugs.

We loved the central location of the hotel, which made it easy for us to get to the nearby coffee shops and shops. The hotel had great transportation facilities, making getting around this city a breeze. it was a great experience that was made even better by the helpful staff. Additionally, the hotel was squeaky clean and offered top-notch facilities.

I spent an amazing Xmas weekend at this hotel, with a great view of the mountains from my room. The staff was really supportive and made me feel at home. I loved the fact that I was able to ski all the way to the hotel. It was also conveniently located near the bus stop and a couple of shops where I could buy anything I needed.
Even though I enjoyed my stay, I have to admit that the noise level late at night was a bit too high. I had trouble sleeping on a couple of occasions and had to use earplugs. The hotel could do a better job of soundproofing the rooms, especially during the weekends. the pros outweighed the cons, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay.
